Reflections on the '“Educational Package” Project
Let us take a moment to think of everything we are proud of in our own Countries and to thank one another for considering the differences and similarities of Ukraine and Great Britain.
To help us think more about others who make up different cultures in our world, we are going to develop a partnership with the other group team, representing the culture of Great Britain while our team will present the culture of our country Ukraine!

OUR PROJECT TASKS
As a team we should think what 10 items we wish to send in a ‘culture box’ to the other team to represent the culture of the country ;
Think about 2 or 3 items we can send to our partner team to represent our national community;
In pairs, come up with 5 things we can send to the other team to represent the culture;
Share with the group and decide on the final 10 we can send as a group;

The group teams guess what the meaning of each object is and communicate this in a live forum or other means;
The partner class team makes a PowerPoint presentation about the culture of the other country;
With this project, WE have a chance to look for, talk about, share, write, compare and present information on our culture and that of our partner’s.

· Study the definition of culture, and think about what this means to us;
· Share the information about the culture of our own country and other cultures;
· Create "“Educational Package” ” presentations;
· Study the differences and similarities between the two cultures;

To help us share the British and Ukrainian culture our school is taking part in a project called “Culture in a Box”.
Two teams of our school will choose ten symbols to define their culture.
The items chosen will fit into a box and be sent to the project partner team.
Have fun in exploring the collections of ten items and gain insight into other peoples’ reality in their national and local community.
The partner class team makes a PowerPoint presentation about the culture of the other country;
